By using Wedding Secrets websites either as a Visitor to the site or as our User, by registering your account on our site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement & Wedding Secret’s Privacy policy.

If you wish to use the Wedding Secrets website, either as a user, visitor, customer, or vendor, you must read this agreement & indicate your acceptance during the process of content submission. By using the Wedding Secrets website, you accept the below-listed terms & conditions.

It is essential that you review this Agreement from time to time as we may modify this Agreement & each of them will be effective when it is updated on the Wedding Secrets website. You agree to any changes made to this agreement through your continued use of the Wedding Secrets website.

The vendor or the user posting the same shall be liable.
  • Once you post any content to the Wedding Secrets website, you continue to retain your rights to such User Content & have the right to use them in any way you choose. However, by publishing any user content through Wedding Secrets, you hereby grant Wedding Secrets a non-exclusive transferable, royalty-free (Wedding Secrets is not required to pay you to use your user content posted on our website), sublicensable, worldwide license to use (The internet is global), display, reproduce, adapt, rearrange, modify and distribute your User Content through any media now known or developed in the future.
  • If you believe your work was copied by any of our users posted on our website, with adequate proof we will remove them immediately from Wedding Secrets.
  • Wedding Secrets doesn’t take liability for the protection of the content posted on the Wedding Secrets website or our other platforms. We attempt to prevent any copyright infringement but aren’t liable for the protection of your images.
  •  You may not embed, modify or post any copyrighted material belonging to Wedding Secrets.
  • Wedding Secrets reserves the right to determine whether user content is appropriate & remove any user content without any notice if the content is considered inappropriate.

Vendors:

  • Each vendor accepts that they are listed on the Wedding Secrets website to reach their target customer through the site.
  • Each vendor creates their profile on the website with the correct information
  • Wedding Secrets is a listing platform, a wedding aggregation site & isn’t involved in any other way.
  • Vendors shall not use any copied content of other users or any other business/individual. Vendors are liable for the content they post & shall own the copyrights to post them on Wedding Secrets.
  • Wedding Secrets has a commercial dealing with certain vendors for more visibility on the platform. This fee for vendors doesn’t guarantee any bookings or order confirmations. Wedding Secrets is a wedding aggregator that helps vendors reach out to more customers.
  • A vendor’s profile may be created without their prior consent in an unclaimed state due to the absence of verification from the vendor side.

Users:

  • Users are solely responsible for any interactions with vendors on Wedding Secrets website.
  • Wedding Secrets is only a listing platform & isn’t liable or responsible for any bookings that happen through the website.
  • Wedding Secrets take effort into the information posted by the vendors on the Wedding Secrets site. However, Wedding Secrets doesn’t guarantee the displayed information to be accurate.
  • Your login details are your responsibility & we recommend you to not share the details with anyone.
  • In case your account is compromised, you must change your password immediately.
  • Any of your wedding submissions made by you are your responsibility & only submit images that you hold copyrights to. Wedding Secrets will not be liable for any copyright infringement made from your side.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. When a user is booked by a vendor, discovered on Wedding Secrets, the vendor’s Cancellation/ Refund policy will be applicable on those bookings. In case the vendor’s cancellation policy isn’t explicitly stated, we recommend you check before booking the vendor.
  2. Wedding Secrets reserves the power to restrict the user’s access or delete/modify any content or user accounts if the user misuses their account.
